I hope you find it helpful, easy to manoeuvre and above all, I hope you find yourself comfortable enough to pick up the phone and give me a call!! But seriously, I offer a "no-pressure policy" (unless of course, you want me to bug you)!
|
There is a time to be aggressive or I prefer to call it assertive, whether I am working for the Buyer or the Seller. If I were to give you three basic rules of thumb when choosing a real estate sales person, it would be:
- Interview more than one agent if you are selling. If you are buying, allow the agent to interview you, to understand what you are looking for.
-
If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!
-
Believe your instincts and go with the agent whom you feel most comfortable with.

If you are thinking of selling and would like to receive a complimentary opinion of value on your home, with no obligation to list with me, please give me a call. Your consulation will remain confidential.
If you are thinking of buying, contact me via phone or e-mail with your "wish list" and I would be happy to furnish you with the lastest listings (not just RE/MAX ones, but all offices) and keep you posted on what is available on the market.

|
You can do drive-bys at your leisure and contact me when you are ready to set up appointments. Whether you are planning to buy in one month or one year...I'm ready when you are!

Either way, a portion of my commission is eagerly dontated to the Childrens' Miracle Network (the Children's Hospital of Western Ontario in London, ON is the designated hospital for our region) and the SOLD on a CURE program, devoted to breast cancer research.
Thanks again and good luck in your home search!
Sincerely, Nicole
